We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about helping customers and delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via chat, email, and/or phone
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written English (USA level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, friendly, and empathetic approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
